Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum)

Cinnamon Oil is derived from a tree that is recognized by two botanical names: Cinnamomum zeylanicum and Cinnamomum vervun. Both names refer to the same tree, which is considered to be “True Cinnamon.” 

Cinnamon is derived from a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 45 feet high and has highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers. Cinnamon Essential Oil may be obtained from either the tree’s outer bark or its leaves, hence the two main varieties are Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil and Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil, Naturh’s Cinnamon Oil is extracted from bark.
